- Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: We ship all orders by US Mail at least once per week Monday through Friday. Most orders will arrive within 3 to 5 days once shipped if your address is located in the 50 states. However, please allow 10 working days for your order to reach you before you contact us. If you prefer your shipment via UPS, please provide us with your UPS account number AND order number by E-mail or by calling in this information and your shipping charges will be waved.
